According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, summer and fall scientific schools will be held for high school and university students for familiarization of these individuals with new cognitive technologies, promotion of group work and interdisciplinary thinking to hold scientific projects with the support of the cognitive sciences development headquarter and cooperation of research and science centers of the country.

Sina Tavakoli, secretary of the student committee of cognitive sciences development headquarter, expressed about holding scientific school: up to this day, about eight summer and fall scientific schools have been held in various areas of the country participated by elite students.

Tavakoli continued: due to holding student schools, brain and cognitive associations of university schools have become active in univerisites and higher education centers and student final theses are written with cognitive science subjects, which is indicative of positive and significant activities of the cognitive science headquarter in supporting summer and fall schools.

According to Tavakoli, the current scientific growth of the country is indicative of extensive efforts in various fields, and professors and expert of cognitive sciences have been able to expand the domain of measures and efforts by having the necessary supports.

He also asserted: in line with the promotion and increase of knowledge about brain knowledge, the week of knowledge about brain will be held this March by implementing various educational programs in the country, so that another step toward the development of cognitive sciences is taken in the society.
