The first international smart city exhibition will be held January 13^th-15^th, 2018 with the support and cooperation of relevant organizations and units.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the first international smart city exhibition will be held with the title of “Smart City Expo 2019” with the support of the ministry of road and urbanization, center for the development of e-government, information technology and statistics of the ministry of Iran, center for information, communications and security of the presidential office, and domestic organizations, units, associations, and unions.

According to this report, the first international smart city exhibition will be held in Musala of Imam Khomeini along with the first international exhibition of housing, urbanization, and urban redevelopment with the goal of developing smart city market and improving the quality of urban life, creating a suitable opportunity for more interaction with elites of smart cities, optimally using the current capacities in the field of smart city in successful cities, effectively using the successful experiences of smart cities, and being familiarized with the latest achievements of the world in the field of urbanization.
