According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the project of “strategic empowerment of young innovators” is a comprehensive project consisting of several continuous events for 100 innovators and inventors of the country. In this project, inventors covered by national elites foundation will be prepared to be promoted from third level to second level.

This project, which was initiated last December by the brokerage of Yas Innovation Center, one of the members of Pardis technology park, is coming to its and after three events and one panel held to empower inventors in business market and commercialization products and presence in international and domestic markets.

Toranj, Strategic Empowerment of Young Innovators

Mohammad Hossein Askari, manager of business development center of Pardis technology park, explained about this project: over the past years, innovators had to pass related courses by themselves to gain the indicators determined by national elites foundation to promote their level from three to two. However, the foundation financially supported these individuals. Unfortunately, this improvement in the level of companies often did not occur due to lack of efficiency of the approach. As a result, the national elites foundation aimed to carry out a project with the title of “strategic empowerment of young innovators” known as “Toranj” to improve the abilities of companies in individual developments and commercialization of their inventions and patents.

Specialized Workshops and Panels

During this meeting, Askari talked about the topics presented in this course: the third round of this event was held July 27^th-28^th, 2017, in which workshops were held to learn about intellectual property market, accounting in new companies, assurance and tax, financial intelligence and business plan development.

Askari emphasized: another part of this event was holding counseling panels for topics related to industrial design, obtaining a license and a certificate, type of business, commercialization, process of turning into a knowledge-based company and panel of national technomart of Iran.
Promotional Panel for Top Projects

Manager of business development center of Pardis technology park mentioned the latest executive programs of this course, which will probably be held in August, stating: the promotional panel for investors is the last program of this course, in which the selected inventors will have the opportunity to present their projects to investors and attract their investment in addition to gaining experience in this regard.

The latest event of the first round of “Toranj” was held July 27^th-28^th, 2017 by the management of business development center of Pardis technology park and with the support of knowledge-based science, technology and economy development headquarters.
