According to this report, appreciating the technical and innovative thoughts through the recognition and introduction of top ideas, laying the groundwork for implementation of executable top ideas, providing the proper foundation for the development and deepening of cooperation between knowledge-based companies and the water, drought, erosion and environment development headquarter, as well as providing a proper environment for familiarization and concluding contracts between technology presenters and units that apply these technologies are among the most important objectives of the festival.
