According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the second exhibition of export abilities of Iran (Iran EXPO 2017) will be held in international exhibition center of Shahr Ketab in Tehran in the year of “economy of resistance, production and occupation” during October 31^st-November 3^rd, 2017 with regard to the policies of the government of hope and prudence.

The Iran Expo exhibition has long-term goals in line with the economic development of the country, including the support of domestic manufacturers, wealth creation, increase of export-oriented production, creation of occupation opportunities, increase of non-oil export and creation of relationship between domestic top exporters and foreign delegations. Therefore, industrial units, industrial towns, export cooperatives, private companies and top exporters will participate in this national event to achieve the mentioned goals.

According to this report, the first exhibition of export abilities of Islamic republic of Iran was held in 2013 at the location of international exhibitions of Tehran in the presence of 467 top exporters of the country, 411 merchants and businessmen of 39 countries of the world. Result of this national event was concluding numerous contracts. moreover, extended endeavors were made to create direct contact between domestic and international top businessmen on the first round of this exhibition.

In this round of the exhibition, it is aimed to provide the foundation for inviting top domestic manufacturers of export-oriented products, so that the economy of the country is improved by managing the exports and imports, as stated by the Supreme Leader of Iran.

Therefore, the second round of export abilities will be held in the presence of 500 top domestic exporters and 800 foreign businessmen, aiming to improve non-oil exports in the country.
