The conference of the first stage of the sixth round of CanSat national competition of Iran was held.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the conference of the first stage of the sixth round of CanSat national competition of Iran was held in the presence of head of space research center and secretary of the competition. In this conference, some notes on the necessity of performing scientific and promotional activities and directing these programs toward applicability of knowledge and technology were expressed.

Among the 23 teams selected to enter the phase of accurate designing learned about the score requested by judges and modifications that must be applied in their project. They have two months to apply these changes and accurate design and create their cansats.

According to the statistics, 36 teams have registered in this round of the competition from all around the country, which is indicative of 40% growth in this regard. It is noteworthy that the final stage of the sixth round of the national competition of CanSat of Iran will be held this February with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and Iran national space administration.
