Chairman of national space and advanced transportation administration stated: we have aimed to register the commercial sign of Iranian UAVs in a short period.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of national space and advanced transportation administration, expressed about the current situation of Iran in terms of UAVs: today, Iran has a suitable position in the field of UAV. However, we must still path a long way to achieve this goal.

He added: Iranian youth who are active in the field of UAV industry are 20 years younger than the experts of other countries. However, their activities can compete with foreign experts.

According to Manteghi, the UAVs show the changes and transformations in the new century. For this reason, we need to develop the industry with the co-operation of the forces in the country.

In addition, he marked: the presence of Iranian specialist youth is one of the strengths of Iran in the UAV industry, and we must be able to use this potential properly.
