Without a doubt, the power, dignity and authority of the Islamic world can be realized by science and knowledge. A science that is rooted in the Islamic world, similar to the golden era of the Islamic civilization. This science comes from the intellectual and talented individuals and based on public welfare on the basis of development of new technologies.

He continued: today, we have gathered here in the name of the messenger of Allah, who was encouraging and kind. He was the kindest and most humble person. He regarded teaching and thinking as the bases of life and considered enmity as nothing but ignorance. However, the majority of Muslims suffer due to wars, terrors, poverty and lack of knowledge.

The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out: Mohammad the prophet never wanted a scientific path for captivating minds, souls and body since he believed in equity and equality. Benefits of science was always clear to him even in dealing with tyrannies. Now, he again watches us and judges what happens to us.

Sattari continued: without a doubt, health, safety and welfare of human beings cannot be realized but through scientific authority, knowledge orientation and advancing technology in the interaction of prominent scholars. The science and technology foundation of Mustafa has aimed to revive an enriched civilization full of science and culture through advancing science and technology in the Islamic world.

At the end, he stated: therefore, appreciation of work of sophisticated scholars and presenting fascinating models in the field of science and technology for the Islamic world in addition to creation of effective foundations for exchange of unique ideas and increase of scientific synergy among scholars will lead to advancements in progress of science and technology in the Islamic world.
