The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy appointed the acting secretary of the of the development of materials and advanced manufacturing technologies headquarters.

According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, appointed Mostafa Milani as the acting secretary for the development of materials and advanced manufacturing technologies headquarters.

Monitoring and identifying the capacities and challenges of technology development inside the country and its place in the future in interaction with various players in this field and by using the results of technology foresight studies with the aim of determining the work priorities of the headquarters and active participation in developing the development roadmap, development of technology with the aim of improving all the functional dimensions of the technological innovation system, developing priority emerging and transformative technologies to respond to the future needs of the country by making maximum use of all the internal capacity of the innovation ecosystem and with regard to the capacity of international technological cooperation, support aimed at the development of priority technologies research and development infrastructure by identifying and networking laboratory infrastructures, building, supplying equipment and materials and planning and implementing related measures to eliminate deficiencies, supporting the acceleration program, specialized innovation center and other entrepreneurial activities required for development technology in the country, holding events and implementing effective promotional activities with the aim of networking among different players in this field and creating legitimacy in policy-making institutions to adopt appropriate policies for the development of technology in the country, promoting the necessary human capacities and making proper use of scientific elites and technology leaders for technology development in the country, market creation for priority technological products and achievements according to the needs in different stages of technology development and maximum participation in the implementation of national and multi-field programs with the cooperation of other technology development headquarters are among the missions assigned to Milani in the appointment decree.

At the end of this ruling, Dehghani has also appreciated the efforts and efforts of Dr. Sadeghzadeh during his tenure as the secretary of the headquarters for the development of materials and advanced manufacturing technologies headquarters.

It should be noted that Mostafa Milani, who was born in 1985, completed his bachelor's degree in materials engineering - extractive metallurgy at Sahand University of Technology in Tabriz, master's degree in materials engineering - corrosion and protection of materials at Tarbiat Modarres University in Tehran, and his doctoral degree in materials engineering at the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization.

He, who is the director of the Materials Technology Development Center in Sairan Electro-Optic Industries Company, has set up a research center in this field in Isfahan Science and Research Town and helped to form three knowledge-based companies active in the field of materials and metallurgy.
