Pointing out the successful achievements of the research sectors in the country regarding the provision of the necessary tools to fight corona, the president emphasized the necessity of more cooperation between the ministry of health and the Vice-Presidency to produce corona diagnosis kits to supply the domestic needs and export the equipment to other countries.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by the government information headquarter, Dr. Hassan Rouhani received a report from Dr. Namaki, the minister of health, about the country’s status in the fight against corona, screening status and implementation of health instructions in various regions and appreciated the efforts made by the ministry of health regarding the effective control of corona. Emphasizing the continuousness of the process, he mentioned: all related organizations must cooperate with the ministry of health to implement and monitor health protocols so that we would soon witness the increase of white zones and re-activation of businesses, specially the opening of religious places.

Dr. Rouhani also emphasized the importance of heightening people’s awareness about the necessity of continuing these conditions and adhering to health protocols in order to break the chain of the outbreak.

The president also requested the minister of health to present topics for assessment in the meeting of the national corona fight committee.

Dr. Rouhani ordered Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, to use all powers, equipment and abilities to support research centers in order to produce corona diagnosis kits in line with the domestic need and their export to other countries.
