According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the eighth international summer school was held in English at Royan research center during July 22^nd-27^th, 2017, especial for domestic and foreign students and graduates in the field biology and related orientations and medicine.

Outline of this course include immuno-oncology and translational cancer research, and students in the fields of medicine and biology can learn about basic contents to new diagnostic and treatment methods for cancer by participating in this school.

Six prominent professors of this school include one foreign professor, four non-resident and one domestic Iranian professors, who present important, basic and latest findings in the field of cancer in the eighth international school of Royan research center.  

Registration deadline for this school is over, and registration fee was three million IRR and 2.7 Million IRR for graduates and faculty members and students, respectively.

One of the most important goals of researchers at Royan research center is educating and familiarizing students with new technologies. To this end, the first international summer school was held in 2010 at this center to cover genesis biology and stem cells.
