The Digital Media Section of “Made in Iran” Is Assessed

 

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by the news headquarter of the second national, cultural and art festival of Made in Iran, the final evaluation of the works sent to the digital media section of the festival was carried out. The main topics of this section include websites, social networks, multimedia apps, mobile apps, smart systems and computer games. Evaluation of the section of computer games was assigned to the national foundation of computer games.

Hamid Ziaei Parvar, Abolghasem Khodavardilou, and Ali Kashefipour along with Seyed Morteza Mousavian (specialized secretary of the section) evaluated the works sent to this section of the festival. In addition, Amir Hossein Asadi was present as the representative of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter.

In this regard, Mousavian expressed: this round was more welcomed and there was a 200% growth in the number of works delivered, compared to the first round of the event, which shows the success of the event in support of Iranian products. The works sent to the festival were screened, coded, and classified in three stages, and the final assessment was carried out.

According to this report, 264 works were sent to the digital media section of the festival, including 48 works in the computer games section, 11 works in the smart system section, 17 works in the social network section, 90 works in the mobile apps section, 22 works in the multi-media apps, and 76 works in the website section. In addition, only one competent work was found in the multimedia software section and one in the social networks section. Moreover, no work was found worthy in the smart systems section.

The second national, cultural and art festival of “Made in Iran” will be held December 25th-29th, 2018 with the goals of mainstreaming and content production for cyberspace related to the cycle of commercialization, entrepreneurship and knowledge-based economy, support of Iranian-made knowledge-based products and services, organizing excessive import and valuating high-quality Iranian products and services, and helping the branding of high-quality Iranian products. It should be noted that various sections of the festival include literature, visual arts, audiovisual economy, digital media and idea market and student section, which will be carried out by the efforts of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter and with the help of Parviz Karami, secretary of the mentioned headquarter.
