The 11th international flour and bakery industry exhibition was held by the efforts of the coordination center for knowledge, industry and market of chain of wheat, flour and bakery of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs was held.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the 11th international flour and bakery industry exhibition was held November 23rd-26th, 2017 by the coordination center for knowledge, industry and market of chain of wheat, flour and bakery (composed of all guilds related to wheat, flour, bread and relevant industries).
The 11th international flour and bakery industry exhibition was held with the goals of culture building and modifying the production and consumption pattern of flour and bread, increase of level of commercial and investing activities in industries of flour and bakery and support of development of industrial bakery centers in the country, organized moving in the private section in the chain of production and supply of raw materials for bakery”, and “creating the necessary foundations for maximum provision of capacities and abilities of domestic companies in the area of machines for flour and bread industry.
This exhibition was held in the presence of 139 domestic and 36 international companies from France, Turkey, Germany, Poland, South Korea, Italy, Austria, Sweden and England.
Holding an educational workshop on improvement of quality of flour and seminar of bread and health industry were some of the side programs of the 11th international flour and bakery industry exhibition (IBEX2017).
It is noteworthy that the coordination center for knowledge, industry and market of chain of wheat, flour and bakery has been established for synergy between supply units and demand for technology in the industry of wheat, flour and bakery with a license issued by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.
