The working group of humanities and social sciences approved the support of new projects in these fields.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the working group of humanities and social sciences approved the support of seven research projects in its final meeting, which will soon enter the execution phase. In this meeting, 19 projects were assessed, seven of which were rejected and two cases were not prioritized. In addition, three projects were sent for reevaluation. In this regard, the commitments include publication of ISI articles and compilation of books. However, these supports are in line with the priorities of the foundation and the country.

This working group evaluates the delivered projects in the area of humanities so that steps could be taken toward progress of this field. Today, humanities field has a special place in Iran. Fields related to humanities have significantly developed over the past two decades. Fortunately, there is a huge capacity for growing in this field in a way that its development process has led to the specialty of most of the fields.
