In its second call, the research council of the headquarter has planned achieving the applied usages in line with its prioritized based on the analyses obtained from evaluation results and experiences and information obtained from interaction with the scientific society of the country.

Obtaining research projects for the second call of the cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter will be carried out in two categories of “A” and “B”, in a way that the projects in the “A” category are related to the experienced managers with focused activities in the field of cognitive sciences defined with the goal of supporting the development of technology, presenting services, and performing original studies in knowledge borders of the area of cognitive sciences and technologies.

On the other hand, the goal of implementing “C” category projects is forming research cores in the cognitive area. Defining a set of MSc and PhD theses to achieve a mutual and specific goal in the cognitive area will be followed up as well.

Research projects of researchers in this call include practical and cognitive research based on brain mapping, research in the field of clinical and cognitive neuroscience, cognitive technology for evaluation and cognitive rehabilitation, development of cognitive technologies related to the relationship between brain and brain and brain, cognitive modeling, development and localization and standardization of cognitive assessment, cognitive psychology, development of methods and tools for cognitive rehabilitation, development of tools and studying technologies of time-cycle-time behavior, practical and fundamental research in cognitive education, cognitive and economic management.
