The Iranian national science foundation approved the support of 44 research projects of researchers across the nation.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, support of research projects in the country is one of the activities of the Iranian national science foundation. In this regard, the specialized committee of the fund holds a meeting, during which several research projects from various working groups are evaluated and the approved projects are introduced.

In the September meeting of the fund, support of 44 projects is approved, among which 19 are research, three are memorandum plans, 11 are post-doctoral theses and another 11 are memorandum post-doctoral theses. In addition, 26 projects were related to researchers of Tehran, whereas 18 projects were related to other provinces. The main topics of the projects include engineering, health and environment, transdisciplinary humanities, art, architecture, management and economic sciences. By supporting these research projects, we will soon witness their achievements in the country.

Support of technological ideas will lead to the growth of economy in countries since we can witness economic profits for the country for many years to come. The significant growth of performing technological projects in different countries shows the importance of attention to science, research, and knowledge-based economy.
