According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the specialized committee of the Iranian national science foundation evaluated the projects delivered from various working groups of the foundation and approved the support of 106 projects, 66 of which are research projects, eight are agreement research projects, 25 are post-doctoral projects, and seven are agreement post-doctoral projects.

Support of applied and fundamental research projects of researchers is one of the services provided by this center to help advancing the boundaries of knowledge and solving the basic problems of the country.

Helping the implementation of research projects, supporting post-doctoral courses and supporting research projects are among the services provided by the Iranian national science foundation for researchers nationwide so that we could witness science and technology development in the country. Generally, most of these projects are creative and have some innovations and ideas that would facilitate moving toward enhancement and flourishing.
