Specialized financing tools for the knowledge-based field are strengthened by the efforts of the office of finance and investment for deputy of management development and asset attraction.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the office of finance and investment for deputy of management development and asset attraction is established with the goal of strengthening the financial services of banking and monetary institutions and the capital market in developing the production of knowledge-based products and diversifying, and strengthening and creating specialized institutions and tools for funding the field of knowledge-based companies.

One of the missions of this office is creating and strengthening the specialized units and tools for financial supply in the knowledge-based field, which is one of the measures taken for the formation of tabloid of small and medium companies. To implement this project, introduction meetings were held between knowledge-based companies and the capital market and contracts have been concluded with financial institutes to facilitate accepting these companies in the capital market. In addition, correction of regulations with the cooperation of Fara Bourse is put on the agenda to improve the performance of this market.

Moreover, collective financial supply is another goal of this office. Creating venture capitals and private VCs, forming Fund-of-fund and establishing intellectual properties market and specialized festivals are other measures taken by the office. 

In fact, guidance and promotion of investors of the private sector and other financial resources, such as donation to invest in technological projects, and improvement of international cooperation in development of market and investment in new technologies are some of the most important goals that have led to the establishment of the office for financial supply and investment
