According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, this journal is produced and published with the support of the monthly journal of the Vice-Presidency and by Bordar Group, ordered by the working group of applied human and social resources.

This issue of the first bimonthly journal of “knowledge-based” focuses on physiological and social aspects and possibility of realization of humanities in Iran.

The first issue of this journal is allocated to the topic of making humanities applicable in Iran with two philosophical and sociological approaches.

In a part of the journal, we read: when we talk about refusal of a cause or phenomenon, we consider the philosophical conditions of its realization and lack of realization. In other words, the main topic in this area is understanding the realization or lack of realization of humanities in the Iranian society regarding the possibility of making humanities applicable. 

What we must answer in this area reveals itself from the heart of adjustments: how can a tactical society such as America with all of its huge budgets spent on computer or military affairs, the humanities have found its way in stability. In a society such as Iran with all of its military sensitivities and considering the significant need for sciences, humanities is overlooked and underdeveloped.

This issue of “Knowledge-based” is published with fundamental questions on philosophical conditions for realization of humanities, reviewing various views in terms of possibility of developing humanities with the help of experts of the field.

On the first issue of this publication, Reza Davari Ardakani pointed out the technique and humanities, Seyed Mohamad Amin Ghaneirad, pointed out the lack of concomitance of knowledge in Iran, Ebrahim Tofigh talked about the challenge of passing, Nematollah Fazeli explained the applications of humanities in Iran, and Bijan Adolkarimi contemplated over metaphysic of humanities.

It is worth noting that the monthly journal of “Knowledge-based” is published by responsibility of Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, management of Sorena Sattari and editorial of Parviz Karami.
