Ruhollah Dehghani, the vice president of science, technology and economy, in a decree, appointed Reza Mahmoudi Lemuki as the "head of the legal and parliamentary affairs" in vice presidency of science, technology and knowledge-based economy.

It is stated in the decree by the vice presidency of science, technology and knowledge-based economy:

"According to your competence and experience, I hereby appoint you as the head of the legal and parliamentary affairs department." Considering the high goals of these affairs and the necessity of planning and transformation in promoting the country's knowledge-based economy, the following main missions are expected from those affairs:

• Diligent follow-up of assigned duties and affairs, especially effective communication with respected representatives and specialized commissions of the Islamic Council

• Establishing constructive communication between the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy with other institutions, as well as follow-up on lawsuits and legal matters related to the Vice Presidency of Science in necessary cases.

• Participation in the promotion of legal infrastructure related to support interactions, especially in connection with research and technology funds and joint cooperation with private sector investors in the direction of the development of the knowledge-based economy.

• Pursuing the legal and parliamentary affairs of the National Elites Foundation to support the development of the elites role in the knowledge-based economy.

I ask Almighty God for continued success in following the wise instructions of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the policies of the people's government. Hereby, while accepting the resignation and considering the new service position for Mr. Seyyed Abdul-Majid Shoja, I thank and appreciate his efforts and efforts during his tenure of this responsibility and I wish him prosperity and success from Almighty God. It is necessary to make good use of his and other colleagues' experiences in this field.

Previously, he was the director of the strategic affairs of the provinces, the strategic research center of the Expediency Council, the advisor to the Minister of Health on social affairs and the secretary of health charities and public partnerships of the country, the representative of the Minister of Health and Medical Education in the follow-up of special issues, the executive advisor of Pasteur Institute of Iran, the advisor for the directorate of The Health Commission of the Islamic Council has a representative of the Supreme Presidential Selection Board in the Red Crescent in its activities.
