According to the second call by the silk road science foundation, joint research projects and educational workshops between Iranian and Chinese scientific groups are determined.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, a call was announced by the silk road science foundation this may, and mutual results of Iranian and Chinese scientific groups in terms of projects and workshops of the second call by the silk road science foundation were determined. In this regard, six educational workshops and seven mutual research projects will be held in areas selected in the call. In addition, results of evaluation of proposals of “researcher exchange” will soon be announced, and researchers can refer to the website of the foundation to obtain approvals for educational workshops and research projects.

Silk road science foundation will support mutual research activities between Iranian researchers and science association of China in seven scientific areas of nano technology, advanced materials, artificial intelligence, water sciences and medical engineering. In this respect, three types of support will be provided to implement joint research projects, hold mutual workshops and exchange researchers in short durations.
