Secretary of biotechnology development headquarter received the second rank on the the 23^rd Razi research festival on medical sciences.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mostafa Ghanei, secretary of biotechnology development headquarter was ranked second with 49 confirmed domestic articles, 113 confirmed foreign articles, 55 first author articles and 107 second author articles in the past eight years.

In addition, one of the articles of the secretary of biotechnology development headquarter was selected as the most cited article with 72 scientific citations, and one of his articles was assigned the highest SNIP.

Razi research festival on medical sciences is regularly held since 1996 according to Article 4 of the third Principle of the Constitution of Iran based on the strengthening of research spirit and innovation in line with the objectives of the ministry of health, treatment and medical education and to appreciate the status of researchers and students of universities of medical sciences in commemoration of Muhammad ibn Zakariya al-Razi, who was a great physician, chemist, pharmacist and philosopher of Iran.
