Minister of culture and Islamic guidance appreciated the movie “Small heroes”, which is screened in special section of “Made in Iran” festival and is currently being displayed across nation by the support of knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter, expressing: movies of children are covering a new subject: purchase of Iranian products.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the movie “Small Heroes” was screened in a special section of the first national, cultural and art festival of “made in Iran” and is currently displayed across nation. Seyed Abbas Salehi, minister of culture and Islamic guidance, published a post on his official twitter page about “Small Heroes”: my spouse and daughter watched this movie. Without a doubt the movies of children are using a new subject: purchase of Iranian products. They really liked the movie.

This movie is about four kids and seven adolescents within the age range of 7-11 years, who attend Taekwondo classes together and their fathers work in a stationery production factory (which is being closed down). In order to prevent the closing of the factory and unemployment of their fathers and catching the smugglers of this commodity, who are in fact responsible for closing of the factory, these kids follow the smugglers, creating joyful, action and entertaining adventures. This movie is directed by Hossein Ghena’at and screened in the “Made in Iran” festival.

The national and cultural festival of “Made in Iran” with the slogan of “Iranian technology, Iranian business” was held January 5^th-8^th, 2017 in sections of literature, visual arts, auditory and visual media, digital media and idea market by the efforts of knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter. The main goals of this event, which was held by general secretary Parviz Karami, include “content production for cyberspace related to commercialization cycle”, “knowledge-based entrepreneurship and economy from knowledge-based products and services made in Iran”, “organization of excessive imports and valuating of Iranian high-quality products”, and “helping the branding of Iranian high-quality products”.
