Secretary of biotechnology development headquarter stated: one of the needs in the area of export of biotechnology products is preparation of a knowledge map in order to organize the export of these products.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mostafa Ghanei, secretary of biotechnology development headquarter, expressed about the export of biotechnology products: given the fact that this headquarter is the main source of policy-making, planning and guiding the programs of this field, we have decided to prepare a knowledge map to monitor all areas related to biotechnology and grow in all areas.

He added: six times growth of export of biotechnology products has been followed up since 2013, and we hope that the goals of this headquarter in this regard are realized before the next year.

According to Ghanei, export of biotechnology products was about 200 million dollars until 2013, which is expected to increase six times at the beginning of 2018.
