Opening Legal and Judicial Innovation Campus; Sattari: The Groundwork Was Laid for the Judiciary to Cooperate with the Knowledge-based Ecosystem

This morning, a new foundation was laid for knowledge-based ecosystem in the field of law. The Legal and Judicial Innovation Campus was opened in the presence of Chief Justice of Iran and the vice president for science and technology affairs to provide a space to solve the legal problems of knowledge-based companies and make a link between the abilities of knowledge-based companies and the needs of the judicial system.

Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, expressed the development is a cultural concept, adding: in previous years, the concept of development in infrastructure and hardware, construction and operation of new factories and industries was summarized, but this concept changed with the emergence of knowledge-based companies and the enabling of the innovation environment.

He mentioned: over the past few years, we realized that development is a cultural concept beyond software and hardware, and a society that believes in supporting and emphasizing the innovations of its youth will achieve the true meaning of development.

The role of culture and awareness in the development of knowledge-based ecosystem properly shows that development has a cultural field.

The vice president for science and technology affairs mentioned that innovative and creative ideas of graduates can pave the way for transforming society and building a progressive and innovative future, expressing: the basis of knowledge-based economy is a comprehensive view toward human resources and valuing innovation, and the innovation culture is considered the spirit of sustainable development.

Mutual Assistance of Knowledge-based Companies and the Judicial System

Sattari talked about the facilitation of the process of legal and judicial support for knowledge-based activists by the judicial system of Iran and eliminating the needs of the judicial services with the help of knowledge-based companies, adding: knowledge-based companies have eliminated the increase in the number of intermediaries and have provided the needs of community. These businesses have made the services provided by the government, expensive and inaccessible, cheap and available to the community and meet the needs of the community.

The president of the national elites foundation considered knowledge-based companies as a newly emerged phenomenon, adding: the dynamic nature of these businesses requires them to always be one step ahead of the law. Because of their innovations, they are always evolving and changing their nature.

Sattari also appreciated the support of knowledge-based companies by the judicial system, asserting: the Chief Justice of Iran has a positive attitude toward the creative and innovative youth of the knowledge-based ecosystem.

This valuable attitude provides better services to the people of the community and the needs for employment and the added value of a new cultural conflict in the community's view of innovation.

“Justice” Is the Gift of the Link between the Judicial System and Knowledge-based Companies

Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the judicial system, pointed out that legal innovations will pave the way for needs of the judicial system and knowledge-based companies with the help of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, adding: with the opening of this campus, a new trend in providing easy and cheap services to the value-added road community and helping the knowledge-based trend will begin.

Pointing out the key role of the youth in solving the strategic problems of the country, Raisi affirmed: the youth in the holy defense transformed with their creativity and innovations, and they paved the way in spite of all the problems we had in those days.

During the ceremony, the vice president for science and technology affairs and the chief justice of Iran visited the technological units and knowledge-based companies in the legal innovation campus.

The campus started with 40 startup and knowledge-based teams and is supposed to help the smart and agile judiciary in meeting the needs of knowledge-based companies and startups in the field of intellectual property.
