To meet its technological needs and localize the equipment and technologies it needs, the country"s electricity industry has invited knowledge-based companies, technology companies and startups across the country that are active in this ecosystem to meet these needs.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, following the announcement of the management of Iran Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Management (TAVANIR) about research priorities of the company in the electricity transmission section and inviting technology companies to meet these needs, the Vice-Presidency has persuaded knowledge-based companies to use their technical ability to develop the technologies required in this area.
Achieving the technical knowledge of the spectroscopic device, the frequency response measuring device, the measuring device of insulating polarization parameters, etc. have been announced as part of these needs. In a letter, TAVANIR announced a complete list of its technological needs, which is now available on the website of the knowledge-based companies center of the Vice-Presidency.
Formerly, the increase of producing “Iranian” products in the field of water and electricity was emphasized in a meeting to sign a cooperation agreement (entitled the development of innovation and technology ecosystem in the water and electricity field) between Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and Reza Ardakanian, the minister of energy.
The vice president for science and technology affairs emphasized the existing of good capacities in the water and electricity field for activities of knowledge-based companies and an extraordinary market that accepts the activities of these companies and the ideas of the young workforce.
