Joint Cooperation of Iran and Eight European Countries in the Subject of Nano Product Safety in the World
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, safety and standardization in the area of nanotechnology is one of the key principles in the commercialization and development of nano products on national and international levels. In this regard, an international gathering with the title of “meeting of Asia-Europe with the topic of nano safety and issuance of license for nano products” will be held on November 28th 2017 in Tehran, aiming to introduce programs related to the compilation of safety and rules in the area of nanotechnology. During this event, nano medicine and nano safety conference will be held November 29th-30th, 2017.
In meetings of this gathering, representatives of various countries and organizations present their perspectives, plans and activities in compilation of regulations, instructions, and issuance of license in nano technology area and labeling of nano products.
In addition, the second international conference of nano medicine and nano safety (NMNS2017) will be held November 29th-30th, 2017 in the presence of experts and professors in fields of nanotechnology, toxicology, environmental safety, occupational health, biochemistry, biology, food health, and science of medications and medicine coming from different countries, including Austria, France, Greece, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea.
This international event has been planned for exchange of information, knowledge and experience in order to pave the path for sharing information sources. Moreover, this conference emphasized the facilitation of cooperation between major players of this field in Europe and Asia with the hope of increasing coordination between programs and activities related to nano safety. Furthermore, such gathering could lead to the expansion of mutual cooperation between countries and the beginning of joint activities in this regard.
This gathering will be held in Tehran University of Medical Sciences by the support of nanotechnology development headquarter, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, nano safety network, nano technology committee of the food and drug administration and nano technology medicine association of Iran.
This international event will be held in Tehran University of Medical Sciences on November 28th 2017 with the support of nano technology development headquarter with the title of “meeting of Asia-Europe on the topic of nano safety and issuance of licenses to nano products”. In addition, the conference of nano medicine and nano safety (NMNS2017) will be held November 29th-30th, 2017 in the same location in the presence of the same guests.
