A group of Hawzah elites met and talked with the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy.

In this meeting, which was held with the presence of Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Saeed Karami, Director General of Cultural and Social Affairs of the Leadership Organization in Universities, Shaghayegh Haqjoo Javanmard, Head of the Strategic Technologies Development Center, and a group of university and Hawzah graduates, the necessity and how to play the role of humanities and Hawzah elites was discussed in the development of knowledge-based economy.

In this meeting, Ruhollah Dehghani stated that the missing link in knowledge-based governance is the human sciences, and continued: Based on a misconception, the knowledge-based economy is mainly limited to the field of technology and technical and engineering sciences, but in the whole world and the successful examples of establishing the governance of the knowledge-based economy are the humanities that speak first. Faculty friends who have university experience can provide this ground so that with the help of humanities, the governance of knowledge-based economy is realized.

Stating that the capacity of elites of the district and university will be used at the same time, Dehghani added: The Vice Presidency of Science and Technology is not exclusive to academics and the students and scholars of the Hawzah play a strategic role in an important part of the knowledge-based economy.

The head of the National Elites Foundation stated: Although in the world, what advances the economist base is the humanities, but the more the focus is on it, it is mainly the fields of technology, engineering and medicine. We are trying to correct this practice by highlighting the role of humanities elites in the field of knowledge-based economy.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, pointing to the compatibility of the simple living environment and the spirit of jihadism with the nature of the knowledge-based economy, said: What is the first word in the knowledge-based economy is the hard-working, motivated and educated human force. I know that this capacity exists in the young and creative students of Hawzah and the use of this capacity can create significant changes in the governance of the knowledge-based economy.

The head of the National Elites Foundation expressed his hope that increasing the meetings of like-minded interaction with the experts in the field could pave the way for the maximum use of the humanities capacity in the field of knowledge-based economy.
