According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Hassan Ghasemi- manager of the knowledge-based products export services hallway, the export hallway of the vice presidency for science affairs declared about holding the pavilion of knowledge-based products of oil in Emirates and Iraq: In the vein of supporting knowledge-based companies in the field of advanced material and equipments of oil, gas, refinery and petrochemical in 2016, holding the Iran’s pavilion in ADIPEC 2016 and Basra Oil and Gas exhibitions is on the agenda which the both exhibitions are valid events of the region and the world.

Ghasemi stated about time of holding these two exhibition: The ADIPEC exhibition will be held on November 7^th to 10^th, 2016 in Abu Dhabi of Emirates and the Basra Oil and Gas exhibition will be held on February 6^th to 8^th, 2017 in Basra of Iraq.

According to him, the ADIPEC exhibition is one of the best international exhibitions of the region in which over than 1800 companies will introduce their products in different fields of oil in this exhibition. Hence, this exhibition is a priority for the vice presidency for science affairs for setting up a pavilion of Iranian knowledge-based companies’ achievement in the field of oil and gas.

It should be said that the export hallway supports the companies’ presence at the pavilion of knowledge-based products of Islamic Republic of Iran up to 70 percent.

Manager of the knowledge-based products export services hallway, the export hallway of the vice presidency for science affairs said: Knowledge-based companies must register initially via the www.register.htbs.ir for attending the exhibition. Based on the routine of providing support at the knowledge-based companies hallway they must first get evaluated by the hallway so that they get measured from the perspective of the amount of readiness for entering international markets and companies with higher readiness will be present at the exhibition.

It should be mentioned that the export hallway’s conditions for choosing companies are determined in the process of determining the export evaluation rank of companies but the general conditions of the hallway for choosing companies at the exhibition are as following:

• Being knowledge-based (Essential)
• Financial ability for supplying the costs (Essential)
• Having necessary infrastructures for international communications like website, catalogue and brochure in English (Essential)
• Having a representative who is fluent in English and basic concepts of business (Essential)
• Having the international certificates of ISO and CE (Essential)
• Having export history (having priority)
• Not having Intellectual Property’s problems (having priority)
• Passing the educational courses related to export (having priority)

In the case of these companies’ presence in the aforementioned exhibition and also regarding the plannings of the export hallway about propagating and introducing the Iran’s pavilion in this exhibition, it is hoped that commercial contracts are signed between  foreign companies and powerful knowledge-based companies of the field of oil and gas.
