Development of Knowledge-based Companies is the Solution for Saving knowledge-based economy
Seyed Mohammad Sahebkar Khorasani, head of knowledge-based institutes and companies’ affairs, pointed out the role of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs in support of knowledge-based companies, expressing: the article for support of knowledge-based companies was created in the Vice-Presidency in 2007 and was sent to the parliament in 2008 in the form of a legal package.
He continued that the selected companies were chosen from 10 thousand companies, which is indicative of power and high rank of these companies.
In defining knowledge-based companies, he asserted: the work agenda of these companies is being active in the areas of research and targeted development and conventional activities in the area of Hightech technologies.
The process and logic of evaluation is based on this principle that all technologies, from the simplest to the most complex, must be evaluated. Technologies existing in this process are categorized with the title of “seven-layer categorization related to leveling associated with the complexity of products”. Each technology is categorized based on its nature and after its comparison with other technologies.
In addition, presence of marine knowledge-based institutes and companies in the exhibition of marine technology achievements in the third national festival of “Sea, the Path of Progress”, which will be held October 31st-November 3rd, 2017 in Holy Defense Museum, will be assessed. At the end, marine companies expressed their opinions and problems as well.
