According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, educational workshops will be held along with the 10^th nano technology exhibition to introduce the most applicable laboratory devices in this area.

In addition to education and introduction of laboratory equipment, other main topics of these courses include the fundamentals of documentation and safety in laboratories.

On October 6^th 2017 and along with the first day of the exhibition, the workshops of “introduction of “spectrophotometry (UV-VIS)” and “introduction of differential scanning calorimetry device (DSC)” will be held at 11:45-14:00 and 14:00-16:30, respectively.

On the second day of the exhibition, three other workshops, including “gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)”, “high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and “introduction of scanning probe microscope”, will be held 09:30-11:30, 11:45-14:00 and 14:00-16:30, respectively.

However, the educational workshops of “introduction of transmission electron microscope (TEM)”, “introduction of scanning electron microscope (SEM)”, and “introduction of X-ray diffractometer (XRD)” will be held on October 8^th 2017 and on the third day of the exhibition at the mentioned times, respectively.

Similar to the previous days, three educational workshops will be held on the final day of exhibition, including “design of examinations (DOE)”, “fundamentals of documentation in ISO/IEC17025 laboratory” and “safety in laboratories”. Laboratory experts, researchers, scholars, academics and active technological companies in the nano technology area can learn about laboratory devices and methods by participating in these workshops.

Furthermore, enthusiasts of this field can register in courses with 50% discount due to the help of the secretariat of the nano technology exhibition.

The 10^th nano technology exhibition will be held at the international exhibition center of Tehran, hall 44 (Khalij Fars), on October 6^th-9^th, 2017.
