According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, more than 300 members of the laboratory network of the country will express their opinions along with holding the fourth meeting of managers of this network. This meeting is held every year for members to learn about laboratory powers and determine the goals and solutions in the field of laboratory services.

Reza Asadi Far, manager of the strategic technology laboratory network, expressed condolences to the earthquake-stricken people of the West and mentioned the help of people in the form of a collaborative network, stating: one of the needs of the country is this type of public networks to work alongside the government, which is found in the world today. The activity of the laboratory network in this regard requires the efforts of the members for solving scientific and industrial problems.

Tooraj Mohammad, deputy for research and technology of University of Industry and Science, welcomed the guests and members of the laboratory network in the fourth meeting of the managers of the centers that are members of the strategic technology laboratory network held in Imam Khomeini Complex, expressing: according to the domestic and international evaluations, the university of industry and science of Iran is one of the top engineering universities of the country, a part of which is due to laboratory achievements.

In this meeting, the top laboratories of the laboratory network in 2016 were appreciated. The best laboratories included: Razi Metallurgy Research Center, Chemistry Research Center of Iran, Research Center of Material and Energy, educational and research services company of Khatam, central lab of Sharif University of Technology, Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, and Polymer and Petrochemical Research Center of Iran, which were allocated the ranks of 1-7, respectively.

Furthermore, six best network intermediaries and 20 selected intermediaries and 20 selected experts were appreciated during this meeting. At the end, participants visited the equipment and laboratories of university of industry and science.
