According to experts, studies on this aquatic creature dates back to the 18th century. According to the results, there are more than 300 thousand algae in the world. Algae are mostly found in green, brown, and red. These aquatic creatures are an important part of sea ecosystem and provide the food of many aquatic creatures. Some of them are consumed by humans.
