Hesam Zand Hesami emphasized the importance of development of innovation ecosystem in the country, stating: the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs has aimed to improve the ecosystem of intellectual property of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Hesam Zand Hesami, general director of office of new businesses and innovation, affirmed: we have aimed to improve the ecosystem of intellectual property of the country. Therefore, achieving of this goal depends on how we plan for evaluating intellectual property from all legal, economic and managerial aspects and how the path of companies and patents has been directed toward this issue so that legal registration could enter the cycle of economy and intellectual property is turned into an asset using the legal and actual properties and national assets.

According to this report, a meeting was held between Hesam Zand Hesami and Carroll Berschell Regional Intellectual Property Advisor of French Property Ownership Institute, where the supportive approach of the Vice-Presidency in this regard was assessed. In addition, cooperation between the Vice-Presidency and Vaipo and intellectual property center was assessed.
