The chairman of the national space administration stated: improvement of the quality and updating of remote sensing knowledge-bases services of the country is significantly crucial.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about the necessity of education and quality of remote sensing knowledge-based services: it is essential to prepare a macro plan for development of remote sensing knowledge-bases services in line with the improvement of the quality and updating the remote sensing knowledge-bases services in the country.

He added: in preparation of this macro plan, interactive cooperation of the national science foundation, ministry of health, research and medical education and universities of the country is very important.

According to Manteghi, planning of institutes and academic centers for improvement of educational courses must be the approach to solve actual problems of the society to develop the scientific power of the country.
