One of the most important priorities of the workgroup of production, commercialization and market of biotechnology development headquarter is development of agriculture through determining the guaranteed prize of healthy agricultural products.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the workgroup of production, commercialization and market of biotechnology development headquarter has taken various measures to develop the agriculture section of Iran, one of the most important of which is providing a regulation for supporting and determining the guaranteed cost of healthy agricultural products.

Other priorities of the workgroup include leasing of agricultural biotechnology products, providing a purchase, production, export and consuming biotechnology incentive plan and budget, providing a regulation for supporting and determining the guaranteed prize of agricultural healthy products, proposing the paying of subsidies for seed, seedling and transplanting of tissue culture and facilitating the entrance of agricultural products to the market.

In addition, determining 16 national standards for features and methods of testing bio fertilizers in Iran in coordination with the standard organization is another plan of the workgroup.
