In addition, the fact that the knowledge-based private sector must enter the economy section is an acceptable matter. In this path, there is no difference between the activities of sections of marine, aerospace, medicinal herbs or chemical medications.

Daliri affirmed: during our first year of activity, we sought familiarizing the macro managers of the country and presidents of universities with this thought in order to enter the startup area and allow the expansion of the reform space of ministries. Today, we are happy to announce that after five-six years, this type of thinking has been injected into state governments and everyone is competing for more progress in novel technologies.

The deputy for management development and resources reminded: before that, most attention was paid to large universities. Today, small universities of towns of the country hold weekend startups and lay the foundation for new investments.

He mentioned that the scientific space of startup has been injected into the society, affirming: in the marine area and based on visits we have had in Bandar Abbas, we learned about the activities of several knowledge-based companies of the field. In addition, a large number of companies are active in the technology park of Hormozgan. In the past, the marine industry was only related to the state and military.

Daliri emphasized that the marine field is a state-related area and must be controlled by the government, expressing: nevertheless, more than 50 companies are active in this area. Therefore, we will definitely have a better output in the future.

He announced the preparedness of the Vice-Presidency to support all knowledge-based companies in the marine industry, asserting: the foundation has been laid for investment in this field. several investment foundations have been established in this area and a large number of other organizations are waiting for approval. Moreover, large investment holdings have established venture capitals.

The deputy for management development and resources regarded these issues as signs of probability of investment in knowledge-based areas. This area is reliable and one of the preparedness of the Vice-Presidency is creating interactions between knowledge-based companies and these organizations.

In the end, he expressed his hope for more advancement in marine knowledge-based companies, which will transform the marine knowledge-based area and will expand this industry.
