According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, regarded the improvement and correction of the business environment of creative businesses in the service area and elimination of related barriers and intermediators of provision of a favorable service to the customers to be the most important mission in his visit of the startup of Snap.

Sattari pointed out the abilities of startups in modification of previous service structures and provision of a new form of services, stating: elimination of intermediaries and direct relationship in provision of new services and abilities is the most important feature of startups, which have modified and changed the traditional structures.

Future Challenges of the Startup Society

The vice president for science and technology affairs regarded traditional structures and conflicts of law as the most important future challenges of startups.

The president of the knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter introduced the fundamental solution for acceptance of creative businesses by the society to be the development of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in the community.

He expressed that the activity path of knowledge-based companies and startups is gradually being paved. In this regard, he continued: the knowledge-based and startup society of the country has passed the early days of formation of this ecosystem and now have a position that is favorably accepted by the society.

He also asserted: entrance of the government into this market will prevent the growth of activities of these companies. Therefore, it is better to allow them to continue their activities instead of providing government supports.

Harmonized Movement of Startups Will Create the Foundation for Solving the Problems

Sattari pointed out the role of the Vice-Presidency and other organizations in solving the problems of startup companies, affirming: currently, the problems of these centers have significantly decreased, and the challenge in this regard has changed from lack of startups to the method of activities.

Moving of Academics in the Path of Innovative Businesses

Sattari reminded the necessity of moving of academics in the path of innovation and facing the associated challenges, adding: the young and creative generation that is responsible for the establishment of Iranian innovative businesses must take its steps with confidence in the path of innovation and creativity and provide favorable services to create added value, which leads to the growth of knowledge-based economy and domestic GDP.

He also regarded the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem as the most important necessity for more fluent movement of startups and students toward the establishment of these companies.

Provision of Foundation for Presence in International Markets

 The vice president for science and technology affairs stated that many Iranian startups have grown and turned into capable competitors of foreign samples. In this regard, he marked: today, an appropriate foundation is laid for expansion of activities of startups and the domain of their services outside of Iran. By relying on their unique abilities, these startups can create wealth and added value by innovation and entrepreneurship.

President of national elites foundation pointed out that the general need of the society guides the moving of startups. In this respect, he affirmed: new businesses move with an accelerated pace, compared to previous structures, and are formed according to the needs of the people. Therefore, presence of foreign startups in the area of competition is not only a threat, but also a valuable opportunity for improvement of these businesses.
