Export of knowledge-based products of Iran to Russia will be accelerated
Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, regarded the presence of 70 Iranian knowledge-based companies in two separate meetings held in Yekaterinburg and Moscow extraordinary and unprecedented, stating: a good platform is being shaped in terms of export from Iran to Russia, and presence of knowledge-based companies on this trip can accelerate this issue.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the fruitful meeting of 10 Iranian and Russian knowledge-based companies was realized for the first time in Russia. On this trip, two business and technology meetings were held between knowledge-based companies of Iran and Russia in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs. In these meetings, the representatives of more than 200 active companies in the filed of technologies and authorities in the field of business and innovation were present.
Acceleration of Export of Knowledge-based Products
Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, demanded the acceleration of pace of implementing agreements to expand the relations between Tehran and Moscow in the field of technology during the meeting of business and technology held in Moscow.
At the end of the meeting, Sattari expressed to journalists: the presence of 70 knowledge-based companies from Iran in two cities and attending two separate meetings has been unprecedented. Fortunately, a good platform is being shaped in the field of export from Iran to Russia. This is specifically followed up in the field of knowledge-based companies that demand a special literature for development of export, and this program can accelerate this issue.
In addition, Andrey Obidinov, chairman of the Russian-Iranian trade council, mentioned: signing of cooperation documents between knowledge-based companies of Iran and Russia will lead to a considerable growth in the relations of the two countries in the field of technology.
Signing Cooperation Agreements in Various Technology Fields
According to this report, negotiations were carried out between delegations and representatives of knowledge-based companies in the two countries along with the joint meetings. Tens of work desks were prepared for knowledge-based representatives of Iran and Russia in Azimuth Olympia Hotel, where the representatives of companies evaluated solutions to increase cooperation in the technology field. This meeting led to concluding cooperation contracts.
The high-ranking scientific and technological delegation of Iran encompassing 70 knowledge-based companies traveled to Russia during July 10th-13th, 2019 with the presidency of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs. The travel was carried out with the support of the international interaction center of the Vice-Presidency and the Iran national innovation fund along with Inoprom exhibition and knowledge-based companies of the two countries met with their counterparts in Moscow and Yekaterinburg. In total, 10 contracts and agreements were signed between the Iranian and Russian companies in the fields of oil and gas, virtual reality, medicine, vaccination, acceleration, production of surgeon robots, and joint game development.
In addition, the latest day of trip included visiting the largest technology park of Moscow known as Skolkovo Innovation Center.
