During a meeting between the secretary of energy technologies development headquarter and governor of Gilan, use of young and elite capacity of the province was emphasized.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, in a meeting held on September 13^th 2018 between the secretary of energy technologies development headquarter and governor of Gilan, the latter emphasized the role playing of the youth in the province, stating: we will witness the increased role playing of the youth in managerial positions of the province in the near future.

During the meeting, Mahdizadeh pointed out that the youth are not an election tool, affirming: the youths are not an advertising tool to be used in any election and being neglected after that.
