According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the idea sharing meeting between managers of the topic companies in the field of e-learning was held at conference hall of the institute for the intellectual development of children and young adults with the title of “development of learning technologies market in Iran; challenges and opportunities”.

In this meeting, which was held in the presence of some active companies in the area of RAYAD industry and companies that participated in the education technology exhibition of ETEX, the e-learning technology tree (RAYAD) of Iran was presented and evaluated.

Representatives of the companies introduced their companies and explained about their activities in the area of RAYAD. They also provided opinions about the e-learning technologies tree. Moreover, they talked about the current opportunities and challenges of RAYAD market and evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of e-learning.

In this meeting, which was held by the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter, it was concluded that there is a need for planning to develop a new education system. In addition, there is need for combining the capacities of private companies to develop technology and make it applicable in the education system.

One of the causes of lack of formation of economy of countries is absence of standard structures for organizing products and processes of private companies, which was discussed in this meeting.

At the end, it was concluded that there needs to be a proper foundation for guiding the businesses of active private companies.

Furthermore, some of the important issues which must be taken into account when providing educational services is stability of service delivery to users.
