Referring to the support of the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy for the development of knowledge-based industries in the field of petrochemicals, Dehghani said: In the field of petrochemicals, the upstream industries are the trunk of the tree, and the downstream industries are the branches of this stout tree. The real added value is created by the blossoms grown on these branches.
