The “Idea Creation Event” will be held to present cinematic ideas with the support of the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarters.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, an event called startup weekend has been held for many years worldwide. This educational-experimental event is held during the three days at the end of the week and hosts motivated participants, including coders, commercial managers, friends of startups, marketers and designers. These individuals have 54 hours to present their ideas, form a team and implement their ideas to start a creative and successful business.

However, what is being established as a new idea is “Start Art Weekend” or “Idea Creation Event”. This event has aimed to use the educated and successful structure of startup weekends to present a new pattern for writing cinematic ideas. In this pattern, the necessary facilities are provided to reach a primary idea in four professional pages. 

All enthusiasts in the field of idea making and script writing and anyone who believes that he/she has an interesting idea for a movie can participant in the event. Members of the Iranian Alliance of Motion Picture Guilds and those who have at least one long script in cinema, TV or house TV series can benefit from 60% discount for participation in the event. Moreover, all graduates, students and artists in the fields of dramatic literature, script writing and cinema in valid universities and educational institutes and Young Cinema Society can benefit from 35% discount.

The “Idea Creation Event” will be held July 25^th-27^th, 2018 to create, flourish and present cinematic ideas with the support of soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter.
