An Iranian business and technology delegation goes to Venezuela

The Vice President of Science and Technology will head to Venezuela on a trade and technology delegation to open the country's market to knowledge-based products.

Sorena Sattari, Vice President of Science and Technology, will travel to Venezuela in March. On this one-week trip, they accompany a business and technology delegation from Sattari. Holding a business meeting and technology of Iran and Venezuela and setting up a special exhibition of knowledge-based products are among the plans for this trip.

During this trip, which is planned by the Center for International Interactions of Science and Technology of the Vice President for Science and Technology, the conditions for the development of scientific and technological relations between Iran and Venezuela will be examined and provided.

Venezuela is a country on the north coast of South America. The oil industry dominates Venezuela's economy, accounting for one-third of the country's gross domestic product and 80 percent of its exports, and half of the government's revenue depends on the industry. Venezuela is one of the five founding members of OPEC. The market of this oil-rich country has a high capacity to use technologies and knowledge-based products, so using this opportunity can boost Iran's export market to this country.

Technology, knowledge-based and creative companies that want to use this opportunity have up to 30 days to register at www.tesc.ir.
