The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out that Iran is among the top countries of the world in terms of components of human resources. In this regard, he continued: the soil view toward this issue has led to the assumption that this capacity of the youth is a threat. However, this young population is able to create innovations and wealth and transform traditional structures if the necessary environment is provided to them.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, met with Ayatollah Abdolkarim Abedini, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the province and the Friday Imam of Qazvin in his office. During this meeting, in addition to remembering the memory of great martyrs of the province, such as Abbas Babaei, an Air Force pilot, Sattari expressed: the most important valuable asset of the country is its children and valuable martyrs such as Babaei and Hossein Lashkari are among the appreciated assets of the country.

Sattari reminded the hardship that martyr Mansour Sattari went through after the death of Babaei, asserting: I met martyr Babaei two times and he had a close friendship with my father. I remember when he was martyred in 1988. My father who had never cried and was a strong commander could not stop his tears.  

The vice president for science and technology affairs asserted that Iran is among the top countries of the world in terms of human resources, expressing: in terms of various human resources criteria, Iran is among the top countries of the world based on GII. The oil view has led to thinking that the capacity of the youth is a threat. However, this young population is able to create innovations and wealth and transform traditional structures if the necessary environment is provided to them.

According to the vice president for science and technology affairs, there are few countries with 33 million students. This student/youth ratio of the country is unique in the world.

Pointing out the prominence of the country in the world in terms of human resources, Sattari mentioned: the field of science and technology is the realm of soft power and the authoritative country. For this reason, in the last few years, we have made our determination, the society"s vision, the orientation of the university and public culture for a favorable environment compatible with the knowledge, innovation and creativity of human resources.

Sattari explained the importance of knowledge and thought of this human resouce and continued: the human brain is one of the strangest phenomena of being and the world moves on the brink of knowledge. We have also taken this step, and the new generation moves on these frontiers and gives entrepreneurship.

Ayatollah Abedini appreciated the efforts made by the Vice-Presidency and achievements of the headquarter, stating: the concept of economy from the point of view of the religion of Islam is of great importance and the economy in the eyes of the Islamic religion means intent and clever performing of tasks. 

He continued: if we want to reconcile the foundation of our work with religion, we must prioritize the intelligent performing of all matters. For example, when we want to establish a university, we need to see the needs of the community.

Ayatollah Abedini emphasized the importance of collective piety, asserting: we must all dedicate efforts to increasing the piety of people in the society, which if established, people will have the ability to learn the details of science.

The Friday Imam of Qazvin pointed out the consideration of the field of work of Sattari by the Supreme Leader, declaring: the scientific achievements make people happy and are necessary for the independence of the country. Therefore, the efforts made in this field are worthy of praise.

Ayatollah Abedini added: your field of work, which is appreciated by the Supreme Leader and makes people happy, can change the attitude of people toward our children and will realize human dignity.
