According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, after the successful holding of the second national conference of skill management in the third millennium in the last March, the national science foundation has aimed to hold the third round of the festival to take an effective step toward the management of skills and planning for maximum use of the capacities and abilities of the national elites. The third round of this event will be held January 17^th-18^th, 2017 in Sharif University of Technology.

Some of the goals of this conference include introducing the new techniques to find talented individuals, introducing samples of domestic and international new technologies in the talent management area, helping the improvement of future talents, providing the foundation for exchange of ideas and sharing experiences in the scientific society of the country.

The topics of this conference include management of talents, applicable concepts, exploitation and improvement of performance of individuals, systems and society, culture and policy of societies, evaluation of the role of the private sector in the process of finding talents, culture building, education and generalization of science of talent in the society, role of information and communication technology in management of talents, evaluation of global experiences and Iran in finding talents and management of talent in the educational system of the country. In this regard, the national and international experts are invited and scientific and new strategies of the world in training of a powerful and talented generation are evaluated to provide a valuable opportunity in this area.

In addition, specialized workshops will be held in the presence of domestic and foreign professors, and professors will present lectures and an environment for introducing the domestic achievements and technologies will be presented in this conference to create the necessary foundation for scientific and executive activities. Participants of this event can send their articles until January 7^th 2017, and the registration deadline is January 10^th 2017.

The focus of this conference is on training of a powerful and talented individuals in the modern technological world. Advancement of information technology has opened a new path for talent management area. In this conference, potential and actual talents will be recognized and new strategies to find talents will be evaluated and the role of information technology in planning and management of talents will be the center of focus.
