The cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter will hold a meeting to recognize the researchers and experts of the field based on their research projects and development of technology in areas of cognitive sciences and development of joint interdisciplinary cooperation.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, along with holding the cognitive rehabilitation symposium, a meeting will be held on presentation of research projects approved by the cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Tehran. The main goal of this meeting was identification of researchers and experts with their research projects and technology development in the area of cognitive sciences and development of joint interdisciplinary cooperation.

According to this report, more than 70 elites and experts of the field will present their project advancements and implementation methods and their achievements. Based on the regulations of supporting research projects, each researcher that is supported by the headquarter must provide a written report on the advancements and achievements of the project and present it in in-person meetings.

In addition, the goal of holding these meetings is evaluation of the implementation and achievements of research projects every six months, and obtaining a technology or specific cognitive service for the country. Therefore, research projects will benefit from the support of the headquarters until achieving technology and cognitive services.

According to this program, it is aimed to gather researchers and activists of the filed along with the symposium of cognitive rehabilitation, which will be held June 21^st 2018 in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Tehran. The first cognitive rehabilitation symposium will be held with the support of cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter to assess the contributing methods of the field during June 21^st-22^nd, 2018 by Institute of Higher Education Cognitive Science and Clinic of Brain and Cognition.
