With the support of the Iranian national science foundation, 464 research projects are finished in nine months.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, researchers of the country sent a total of three thousand and 550 research projects to the Iranian national science foundation in the past nine months, one thousand and 179 of which were approved for support.

After the approval of projects and initiation of support, implementation of the projects was initiated and 464 projects have been finished to date.

According to this report, performing these projects have brought different achievements for Islamic Iran, including the publication of ISI articles, patent registration, product development, and book publishing. Each of these measures is a step in the direction of progress in various fields of science and technology. In the first nine months of the year, researchers have had significant achievements in each of these fields, in a way that among the approved projects, there were 13 patent registration, 51 production of prototypes, 16 titles of published books, and production of 28 technical knowledge.

However, all of these measures are taken to benefit from the capacity of researchers across the country. By establishing 23 working groups in different scientific fields, the foundation has paved the path of support so that in addition to fair support of projects, we would witness the distribution of science development in all fields.
