“SADAF” will empower students
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the empowering program of “SADAF” will be held with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and Pardis technology park and by the efforts of “SADAF” innovation network of Tehran. This project has aimed to prepare students and graduates for entering the work market.
In this course, participants will identify their talents, interests, strengths and weaknesses through their self-knowledge tests and interviews, and will design their career path with the help of advisers and experts.
Participants will also learn skills in negotiation techniques, teamwork, technology and lectures, personal branding, personal development planning, reporting skills, and administrative correspondence at the empowerment workshops.
Participants will be divided into groups tailored to the fields of study and specialized in consulting and coaching, and will provide their professional resume.
Also, the participants will attend in a one-day tour of the campus technology park and the country"s innovation biotech, visiting companies, accelerators and starter makers to gain a better understanding of the workplace.
At the end, the selected individuals will have the opportunity to present their capabilities to the directors and managers of the human resources of the member companies of the Tehran innovation network.
Members of the national elites foundation will receive a 90% discount, whereas all students, as well as graduates until 2015 and during 2011-2015 will receive an 80%, 80%, and 60% discount, respectively.
