In Dehghani's decree addressed to Sultanalizadeh, it is stated: In view of the improvement of the organizational structure in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy and considering the merits and experiences, by virtue of this decree, I appoint you as the head of the steering center of special headquarters for the development of knowledge-based economy. Considering the high goals of this headquarters and the necessity of planning and development in the promotion of the country's knowledge-based economy, special missions are considered for your excellency.

Management of sectoral economic development headquarters to play a maximum role in the development of knowledge-based economy

Formation of specialized consortia to solve bottleneck, valuable and strategic needs of the country

Development of economy-oriented cooperation with government agencies with a long-term perspective to maximize the potential of knowledge-based and technological companies.

Designing and implementing large-scale projects to model the capacities of the knowledge-based economy

Prioritizing industrial issues and focusing on developing cooperation with large knowledge-based companies

The maximum utilization of all the unanticipated capacities in the knowledge-based production leap law and other upstream documents are among these missions.

  Among the executive records of Reza Sultanalizadeh, are the director of the technology exchange network of the special headquarters for the development of nanotechnology, the CEO and vice chairman of the board of directors in the Iranian Technology Sharing Management Company, the director of the technology and innovation challenges program, a member of the review and evaluation committee of cooperation models with accelerators, a member of the headquarters for the development of the marine economy in the Iranian science and technology development charity association and a member of the investment committee of the industry development group in the special headquarters for the development of nanotechnology.
